hot sauce…

so i’ve got this thing going where i make some homemade hot sauce for my father on special occasions… and since i’m going to pick him up at the air port here in a few minutes, i got a bottle ready for him…

the sauce i made this time consisted of…

-habanero peppers, garlic, white vinegar, allspice, jerk seasoning, ginger, salt, molasses, mango, and lime

quite tasty and hot as all hell!  the last on i made had…

-chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, tomato, white vinegar, garlic, cumin, onion, salt, sugar, lime, and cilantro

not as hot as the habanero sauce… but damn good!
